A body shape maker for almost her whole life, Kate considers this practice of love and breath to be a way in which she moves through life, rather than just 60-90 minutes of physical movement on the mat. After a decade of traveling and living between NYC, Mexico, and Indonesia, Kate has finally decided to settle her soul and roots down in the sweet city of Portland, OR. As a teacher, she has taught and assisted in over 20 yoga teacher trainings and has received over 800 hours of formal training. Kate believes that the shape of each pose should be as individual and unique as the spirit that resides in each of us.
